Many of our clients demand quick and immediate responses to legal issues from experienced business lawyers, but with predictable and transparent legal costs.

As former in-house counsel, we know the struggle well. We have experienced first hand the range of legal issues that can face an in-house attorneys and have done the type of work required of such attorneys. We also know to strike that balance between performing legal services in a way that aligns with the larger strategic objectives of an organization.

For a monthly fixed fee, we can provide support to you in handling your day-to-day or routine legal matters, participating in regularly scheduled internal meetings, reviewing contracts or internal policies, training managers or other personnel on compliance with internal controls, and providing support on an ad hoc basis or to help with backlogged legal priorities.
